Day 1. Depart Canada for Singapore via Vancouver.
Day 2. Arrive into Singapore in the late evening and
transfer to hotel. (B)
Day 3. Morning City tour of Singapore and discover the
history, culture and lifestyle of multi-racial Singapore. (B)
Day 4. Morning free to explore Singapore on your own.
Afternoon flight to Kuching with arrival transfer to hotel. (B)
Day 5. Our first round of golf this morning at the old course of the Sarawak Golf Club. (B)
Day 6. Second round of golf this morning at the new course of the Sarawak Golf Club. (B)
Day 7. This morning visit the Semenggok Rehabilitation Centre of Sarawak. Here rangers train once captive Orangutans to return to the forest. From here return to Kuching where you will be guided on a walking tour. Next we visit the oldest Chinese Temple in
Sarawak, walk to the waterfront jetty to take a sampan across the Sarawak river to visit Fort Margherita and a small malay village. Explore the spice market on the old streets of Gambier. (B,L)
Day 8. This morning we travel one hour out of Kuching for an “experience with a difference”. We visit the Borneo Highlands Resort, located 1000 meter above sea level in the second oldest tropical rainforest in the world. Third round of golf at the Hornbill Golf Club is located atop a jungle plateau in this rainforest. The balance of the day free for you to explore the rainforest surrounding the resort. Group dinner & overnight at this resort. (B,D)
Day 9. Morning round of golf at the Hornbill Golf club followed by group lunch. Return to Kuching. (B)
Day 10. Morning free. In the late afternoon we visit a Malay fishing village where houses are built on stilts by the river bank. Long wooden bridges connect one character house to the next. After a short stroll, board a native boat to cruise further up the river in search of crocodiles. Towards dusk, you may be able to catch some glimpse of fireflies lining the banks of the river. Enjoy a Chinese seafood dinner at Muara Terbas Village before returning to Kuching. (B,D)
Day 11. Fly to Singapore where we will transfer to Tanah Merah Ferry terminal for our ferry to bintan Island. upon arrival transfer to the Bintan Lagoon Resort. (B)
Day 12. Morning round of golf at the Ian Baker-Finch Woodlands course. (B)
Day 13. Morning round of golf at the Jack Nicklaus Seaview Course. (B)
Day 14. Morning round of golf at the Ria Bintan Golf Club. (B)
Day 15. Morning round of golf at the Jack Nicklaus Seaview Course. (B)
Day 16. Morning ferry to Singapore. Afternoon free in Singapore. (B)
Day 17. Flight home to Canada via Vancouver. (B)
